The Bride Wore Red

This 'n' That

23 Apr

Cardinal close
Well actually it was Cherry Cobbler.

Today I finished cutting the supplies for my Big Shot Class this weekend.  I will show what they are doing in a day or so.

I also had a fun visit with Dany my Canadian Demonstrator friend that came by last summer. It was nice seeing her again.

After a delicious supper of meatloaf, potatoes, and yummy green beans with bacon that Eric cooked for us, I sat down to watch Vampire Diaries. It is getting so good, I have always liked Damon from the start and am liking him more and more.  I also watched Private Practice and Grays Anatomy.  I thought Grays was on before Private Practice but not tonight. I am so mad at Violet if she goes through with sueing for custody.  I guess that keeps us watching eh?  So it was nice to have a night where I just watched some TV.

This is the last card I did for the Color Renovation.  I sponged my Cherry Cobbler ink on the Bride paper and gave it a whole other look. Cool eh?

Stamp Set: A Cardinal Christmas

Paper: Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Bride DSP

Ink: Cherry Cobbler

Misc: Very Vanilla 5/16" brads

Well with my TV night of enjoyment over, I am going to bed early to read.  Boy I almost sound lazy eh?

Have an awesome Friday and thanks so much for stopping in!

Diana GREAT card as usual. Side note: you have Twilight on your sidebar and asked If I am a freak. I wasn't until I kept seeing and reading your blog about it. Rented one and had two from Netflix and watched it with my oldest daughter and OH MY GOD!!! I cannot wait until JUNE for Eclipse….how could they end it with him asking that wonderful question!!!! Will she? and will she definitely become???? Email me privately so as not to spoil it for someone who hasn't seen it yet?

Love the card as always. That is one my dad would love as he loves watching the Cardinals in the backyard at the feeder.
Private Practice was on before Gray's tonight because Gray's was a repeat. I also read that they are trying to up the viewership for Private Practice. Violet doesn't deserve that baby full time…not after walking away. I understand trauma and all that but come on. You already ripped Pete's heart out once, you really want to do it again???
Hope you have a good day!!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
