Fiddlin’ Around…

This 'n' That

6 Mar

Violinist 2

…well Rhonda and I have not been fiddlin' around, we have been cutting, scoring, stuffing, counting, and not necessarily in that order.  We have our Spring Fling event on the 13th so we are getting ready for it.

Rhonda is at my house all day, and might be staying over, then I am headed over to her house tomorrow, and hopefully we will get most of it done.

So that being said, I was like "Hey Rhon, did I ever post a picture of a big ugly monster man thing and an adorable rusty fiddle man from when I was home in Canada last year?" and she said "no"…so that decided me as to what I was gonna show.

Violinist
The fiddle guy was when I went to dinner with my Mum, and two little sisters, Jacqui and Courtney, and I am not sure the town…Markham maybe? Court drove so I didn't pay attention to where we were headed.  But this guy was on the outside of a restaurant, so I made her pull over so I could take a picture, I love him. Here you can see his face better.  I love art like this.

Now on the flip side of "art", this guy is not so cute and actually has been in a few of my nightmares.

Beast
This big monster/man/beast thing is on the way to my sister Jacqui's house from my Mum's house, and the first time I saw him it was like dusk and Jax was like "oh look at this thing?", and I didnt want her to stop the car, he was scary. So we made sure to stop in the daytime, but even then I cautiously got out of the car to take the picture, and slowly got back in the car, the whole time NOT TAKING MY EYES OFF HIM.  It just makes you think of those scary movies where they think they are safe and then turn around, and BOO! there is the monster right there behind them.  So anyway, I thought I would share these pics from my trip last year.

Have a great Saturday and thanks for stopping in…I'm going back to fiddlin' cuttin'!

The fiddlers are awesome! That big guy is scary. I would keep my eye on that one too. Right out of a horror movie!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
