I thought I would just add links on top so you can find current stuff easier at each day's new post.
Today I had a dentist appointment for a cleaning. I have a couple teeth that have old fillings and now need crowns, don't ya love getting older? Anyway, last time I got my teeth cleaned I came home and the next day when I flossed I popped out a filling and the tooth needed a crown, so back I went.
So one of the back ones that needs a crown has had a fracture in it and since my last cleaning part of it has broken off, and that was what I was afraid of cause if too much were to break they wouldn't be able to do the crown, I would need a root canal. So anyway, while I was there today I went ahead and got crowned…hail! hail! here I come…ha!
What is cool is they can now do crowns in the office while you wait, no more wearing a temporary for two weeks, but it falls off after 2 days, and you have to go back in and have it put back on, but it falls off on the Friday and they don't open till Monday so you put it back in yourself with temporary cement from the drug store…ok back to my appointment…so that is what I opted to get, I might have to go back and have it filed down a bit as I feel it hits before the other teeth, but I wanted to give it a few days of getting used to. You know… like glasses, hearing aids, a new music CD that you put in one time and you don't like it, but after the third time you hear it, you insist it is the best CD ever and will never come out of the CD player.
I told everyone at the Dentist office about The Deli, and they had not heard of it, and I was like what? it is basically up the road from them, so I told them how to get there…well of course that made me hungry and my mouth water…which was not attractive being I was all frozen from my dental work…but anyway, I headed over there and grabbed some lunch and by the time I got home with it my mouth was defrosted enough to eat it and enjoy it, and realize that yeah I will probably need the tooth filed down some.
So right now Stampin' Up! has a great promotion going on called The Gift Giving Guide, and you can earn a free $16.95 decor element. Well I earned a few with the order I received the other day, and I am like a kid in a candy store with them. So I put up some more in my studio. I would like them in my house as well, but we need to re-paint and so I don't want to do that till then.
Here is the door coming into the studio. I just added some flourish to it. Easy as pie.
The door that leads out of the studio to the house, is this one, and you have to go through the laundry room, so this was perfect, might as well warn people what is behind that door. Boy these pictures pick up all the little paint mishaps…you can't see them as much in real life.
Well I have to get my 2nd Day of Christmas specials email ready, so I better get off here.
Have a great Wednesday and thanks for stopping in!
All I want for Christmas is to come and see you and your stampin' studio!

Hi Diana,
Love your Chocolate Easter Bunny cards! So funny! 🙂 I just wanted to congratulate you on your one-visit crown… 🙂 I am a dental hygienist/SU demo and we do them also… The patients love having it all done in one visit while they enjoy watching a movie on DVD glasses. Yes, please go get it filed down before you get a toothache…
Thank you for sharing your blogging thoughts…
Aloha!
