There she is…well at least there is the box. I actually took a picture of the box with my new camera. I ran over to a local big box store today and got it for $105.00 with tax, not too shabby. I figured if I took my dropped one anywhere for repairs, it would be a minimum $50.00 plus driving around and all that.
So this is the same brand I had before just a different number on the end, and just a few more little extras, but still pretty basic. I can't handle it to have too much on it, cause I hate to read the directions as it is.
So I re-took my card, does it look better?
It better eh? For $105.00, ha! I still need to go in and check settings and stuff, but I just wanted to get it done quick.
Here is the inside.
So I have been going through recipe books and trying new and old recipes, cause I just want to have one book…I mean I will keep them all…but I just want to go to ONE place for recipes, and not waste time, so I have been making notes each time, and then I will retype them and hopefully fancy them up, make cute little stamped recipe cards or something (just to get slopped on), and then they will all be together.
So last night I made Macaroni & Cheese Beef Dinner
It looked like this…with the garlic bread on the side (this was the last picture I took with my old camera…boohoo!) I am sure that two pieces of bread was MORE then a serving.
Here's the recipe, very easy and delicious too.
(2) 7 1/4 oz. boxes macaroni and cheese
1 – 1 1/2 pound hamburger
14 oz. can stewed tomatoes, drained
26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions. Set aside. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain, and then stir in tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Pour macaroni and cheese mixture into the beef and tomato mixture. Stir well. Spoon all this into an ungreased 9×13" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
It reminds me of my sister Jax's baked spaghetti recipe.
Let me know what you think.
Well that's all from me today.
Have a great Sunday and thanks for stopping in!
OOOO that looks yummy! Laminate your recipe cards after you stamp on them and then if you slop on them you can just wipe them off with a damp cloth!!!
Luv ya
Jax

Ellie,
How fun, I love the RED! I just hated that I HAD to get a new one. I much rather shop when it is for fun and not a stupid mistake…oh well the price was excellent.
Enjoy the recipe, it makes quite a bit.
Hugs,
Di
Luvin' your new camera! Wouldn't it be nice if Ashton came with it?!! 😉
Hi Sarah,
Ha!
If he came with my camera, my class today would have been cancelled due to ummm….something came up unexpectedly…ha! But no he did not come with it….OR even a nice big life size poster….perhaps that comes in the more expensive camera…ha!
Hugs,
Di
Nice new camera! I have a canon and it quit zooming. I called them and they said to send it in. I was shocked, since it was more than 2 years old! They couldn't fix it…but sent me a newly refurbished one that was one step up from what I sent!!! And it was FREE! they have me as a customer for life. Check with Nikkon, it may have the same policy, then you will have a back up camera!
