This is a speedy post for tonight, please forgive me I will come back in later and fill in the details. (added since original post…this is where I got the Flower Pot Idea) I had my TLC Class 3 this morning, and then my buddy Rhonda and I got together to work on our September to Remember event which is SOLD OUT!!! How awesome eh? We are so excited to have you see what you will be doing, and also demonstrations of fun new things, and don't forget Linda Hansen! Yeehaw!!! So anyway it is 1:30 in the morning and I need to get up bright and early for my class in the morning, and I am tired.
This will be one of the 3 techniques in my September TLC (Technique Lovers Club) Class 4, and it is a flower pot card.
Stamp Set: Kind and Caring Thoughts
Paper: Kraft, Whisper White, Not Quite Navy, Bella Bleu DSP (OMG this is so beautiful, why I didn't have it before, who only knows), Vellum, Old Olive
Ink: Very Vanilla Craft, Chocolate Chip, Basic Black, Bashful Blue, Summer Sun
Misc: Vanilla Tafetta, Summer Sun Corduroy buttons, White grommet, scallop border punch, Big Shot Daisie #2 die, Leaf sizzlet
I am not totally sold on the summer sun corduroy buttons, those might be another color or something else. (added…hmmmm….everyone seems to like them….so we shall see, we can always use a marker and change the color)
You pull out the flowers though…from the pot and then you can see the greeting, and it says…
OK, well my eyelids are getting heavy and Toby is saying "hey Mama, it's bed time"
Rhonda is sleeping over, and she is being all good and cleaning up, what a peach eh?
Have a great Sunday and thanks for stopping in!
Fantastic Di! These brads really make your flowers pop! I'm sure your group will be so happy to get the opportunity to make these.
Those are beautiful!
Adorable! Nice choice of colors….
Diana-
This flower pot card is gorgeous! I love the flowers and bee:)
They will love it! Love that some of the flowers are done with patterned patter, and love the bee! I'd join your group if I was a tad closer 🙂
I love your flower pot card – I wish you would do a tutorial on how you made the flowers! I love, love, love them! Renee
