Storage Issues? No Probs…

Tutorials/Tips

15 Aug

I am going to post Saturday's video up now.  With my Kick off Party this weekend, and then a Memorial service for a dear friend Saturday night, I want to get my post done.

Plus this is such a fun tip that I want to show you right away.

One of my downline, Sandy (Hi girl) told me about this, so I ran out and bought the stuff and never tried it. Someone called me the other day, and asked about mounting Stampin' Up! sets to acrylic or ceramic blocks and I thought I should do this video.  If you called me let me know, all I know is it was a 301 area code. (It was Cathy P, she emailed me back….yeah – thanks! Cathy) So I hope this helps all of you, if you have storage issues, or just like to use the "Cling" kinda way to use your stamps…thanks Sandy for such a great idea!

Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping in!

A digibbs siggy

It is nice to see another way to keep your stamps unmounted. I always leave mine unmounted, but I use a different system. I like the idea of yours too. Thanks

Thanks Diana.. much better than using clear plastic on the back and still having to use some kind of glue to tack it to the acrylic block. I have lots of unmounted stamps that need a backing.. Thanks again!!

Hi Diana…I was just curious why you apply the Tacky Glue first, and than apply the Tack It O&O on top of that? Couldn't you just apply the TIO&O and skip using the Tacky Glue perhaps?? That way you'd only need one glue (vs. two).

Hope to hear back…I have been wanting to unmount some of my S-Up sets for use with the clear blocks, etc…am kind of surprised that S-UP hasn't (yet) started introducing clear stamps…Oh well…

    Take care..cya Jo

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
