First Artisan Award Challenge

This 'n' That

7 Aug

About a month or more ago I got my first Artisan challenge and it was using the new set Greetings Earthling, I had to do a couple projects and send them in to Stampin' Up!  I am totally having a blast with this whole Artisan thing, and I love a challenge.

This is one of the projects I sent in, just a cute simple little card. How cool that Stampin' Up! took a really nice professional picture and sent it to me for my blog.

Art_award_040 copy Stamp Set: Greetings Earthling
Paper: Crushed Curry, Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, Razzleberry Lemonade, Watercolor Paper
Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry
Misc: Crushed Curry Polka-Dot ribbon, Circle punch, and circle die, eyelet border punch, white gel pen

Over the next few days, I will show you the other projects I sent in.

So today is Friday, tonight is the Artisan dinner I am sure I am very nervous, and I hope I can calm down my stomach enough to eat.  Wish me luck.

Have a great day, and thanks for stopping in!

A digibbs siggy

Hey Di, Please update us and let us know if you kept your food down. Would be such a shame to have soiled your new duds since you couldn't get a new bod! HAHA!

I love your card here! I just got that stamp set the other day and am in love with it! Now if I could just get my broken ankle and bad back healed up so I could make it into the craft room w/o crutches! UGH!

Can't wait to hear your convention news! I am sure it is going to be exciting and FUN to read!! xoxo Nicole xoxo

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
