The More the Merrier…

This 'n' That

8 Jun

…you got that right.

Tracy and I went over to Trilogy today, this is an over 50 I think community, and they have so much fun, and Tracy and I are ready to move over there.  Anyway, we spent the afternoon over there stamping, and visiting, and eating.  It was so much fun to see everyone, and just be one of the gals…what is funner, is that Tracy won the first door prize and it was 2 hand stamped cards made by me…ha!  What is even funnier still is I won the raffle that we bought tickets for and guess what it was?  Anjelina and Jennifer, sorry girl's he's all mine.

DSCN8300 I won Brad Pitt Pott, and look what it really is…not just a cute picture of Brad Pitt, but the Pot is filled with brads!!!

DSCN8301 Look at all of them, it was crammed full, so I had everyone take a package home with them, so that made there be not as many but I still have oodles…isn't that funny?

Now hopefully Jeff won't mind that I'm sticking Brad's photo under my pillow tonight…shh…maybe he won't even know.

So Tracy got her swap done while we were there, for Rhonda's meeting Monday night.  I got most of mine colored…I finished coloring and cutting the snowmen out tonight while Jeff and Tracy watched Ironman.

Wanna see it?  It is way cute.  We had to use something "Big Shot" on it.

This is one of the new Hostess sets for the new catalog that will be starting July 1, I can hardly wait to place my first order…it's gonna be a big one!

As Demonstrators we are able to pre-order some things so we can get a jump start on samples and stuff like that. Not a bad perk eh?

DSCN8303 copy Stamp Set: The More the Merrier

Paper: Bashful Blue, Shimmery White, Whisper White, Cardstock Vellum

Ink: Jetblack Stazon

Misc: Tempting Turquoise watercolor crayon (the sansodor works with these, not as good as the pencils, but it does work), watercolor pencils, My Way punch, Swirly die, texture plates

DSCN8304 copy Tip:I used the left over cardstock after removing the swirly shape, and that is what I used for the snow drifts

I hope everyone likes the card, let me tell you, it is taking me forever to make them, but it looks so cute when they are done…….heck it's only 11 of them. The coloring and cutting the snowmen out is taking the longest, the big shot stuff is a snap!

Well only a few more days and Tracy goes home, I don't even want to think about it.  I am trying to get her to change her ticket and stay longer, but her hubby would not be happy, and well we got to keep Steve happy, and I understand how much he misses her, cause I already miss her and she is still here.

I am headed to bed…gotta get up early and finish these cards…I was gonna do it tonight, but my pillow is hollerin' at me!

Have a super Monday and thanks for stopping in!

A digibbs siggy

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
