Updated May 4th – the winner of the Granny's Secrets set is Maria and this is what she said:
So Maria, please email me at email@example.com with your mailing address and I will give it to Cami so she can send out your set….Congratulations!!! Thanks to everyone for your fun comments.
So a couple weeks ago my friend Cami emailed me and said "hey you wanna be part of the Blog Hop on May 1" they got some new stamps coming out. And in my head (yeah I talk to myself in there) I said hmmm…well that is the day I am headed back, but I can post my blog stuff early and have it go live when I set it. So I said sure. I did not want to tell Cami what I was doing (I just said I was gonna be out of town), she knows Vicki and I was all scared that she may let it slip. Very few people knew I was going.
So anyway, I am posting this ahead of time, and I will link this post to Cami's blog as she will have the blog hoppers you need to check out, as well as the details of when the winners will be picked. I will update it when I get home… added since original post: I will be picking a winner for this cute set on Monday May 4th at noon Arizona time. Make sure you comment on this post (only once please) and you will have a chance to win this cute set. Make sure to also comment on the other blogs listed on my May 2nd post as they are giving away different sets…how fun is that?
So the set you can win off of my blog is this cute new set called: Granny's Secrets, I love Granny, she has the attiTUDE going on, just like my Granny!
Paper: Brocade Blue, Neenah, Bella Birds DSP
Ink: Memento Tuxedo, Copics
Misc: Oval scallop punch, Nestabilities, sewing machine, old button, white gel pen, white organza ribbon
Pardon? Let me turn my ears up. What did you say? Oh did you say white organza ribbon?
Well yes I did.
Isn't it pretty? It tastes good too! Ok, not really!
I did some pretties flowers as well as the organza ribbon, let me tell you the ribbon took the tea faster then the flowers did. I just let them soak pretty good and then layed them on a plate to dry.
Here you san see them a bit better, and the difference between the white regular and the tea-stained or dyed ones.
So I better get off here, Jeff will be home to take me to the airport and he will freak if I am on the computer when he gets here!
I have another cute Granny's Secrets card to show you tomorrow!
Thanks for stopping in and have a great Friday!
