Ever After Hawaii

This 'n' That

8 Mar

Well just in case, Kathie and I have moved up to Prescott with Shelli, or at least have stayed longer, here is another quick display card to show you.

I really loved the Hawaii Papaya DSP, and I even kept some of it so I could still use it, but one thing I was so glad that when Stampin' Up! announced going back to ONE catalog a year! Yeah! Cause now the awesome background papers will be around a whole year instead of 6 months!  I know that 6 months was not long enough for me to use it, so Bravo! Bravo!

Display sample 12 Stamp Set: Ever After, Think Happy Thoughts

Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Kiwi Kiss, Pumpkin Pie, Baja Breeze, Old Olive

Paper: Chocolate Chip, Bella Rose DSP, Hawaii Papaya DSP, Watercolor Paper, Pumpkin Pie

Misc: vanilla brad, chocolate grosgrain, pretty flower dyed pumpkin pie

TIP: To dye the flower, I just layed it in the lid of the ink pad and dropped a few ink refill drops on it and using my aqua painter got it wet and moved the color around till I got the shade I wanted.  Then set on paper to dry.

I love this color combination, don't you?

OK this will be a short post, and if we are back I'll pop in and say hi.

Have a great Sunday, and thanks for stopping in!

A digibbs siggy

Such a pretty card, and I love the background paper. I think I'm going to have to invest in some really pretty papers…

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
