Giving you the Bird – Again!

3-D Items

6 Mar

Ha! Not that bird!!!

Thought I would show off some more display stamping stuff, while I am out and about this weekend at the Prescott Pines Paper Play Get Away Weekend. I will be back Saturday night or Sunday morning, I am carpooling with the famous Kathie McGuire so we will decide once we get up there when we head back…maybe we will have so much fun, we will move up there.  I am excited to meet Kathie, so far it has just been emails back and forth and a phone call. What is weird is, she knows 4 people I know and we have never met…ha!  It's like the whole Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon Kathie McGuire.  Yeah, but have THEY spent the weekend with her, I don't think so. Ha!

Anyway here's a little 3-D box I did up for Leadership Displays.

Display leadership 09 21 Stamp Set: Friends 24-7

Paper: Old Olive, So Saffron, Watercolor Paper

Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Creamy Caramel, Olid Olive, So Saffron

Misc: So Saffron Wide ribbon, white gel pen, 1 3/4" circle punch, Stampin' Up! pennant die for the scallop

This is actually a container that held travel Q-tips. I love looking at things in their packaging and think of other ways to use them…the packaging…NOT the Q-tips, we all know where they go!!! Now I don't know if the plastic is food grade, cause this was just for display and well if anyone eats candy off a display, you probably deserve to get a belly ache.

But I think it turned out cute.

So American Idol, all I can say is Tatianna kiss my grits…remember that TV show? What was it Alice and the big haired lady Flo would say that all the time.  I mean Tatianna was all over the blond with the tatoos, head on her shoulder and everything till she didnt get picked and then she couldnt even hug her, she was too busy working up the tears that Simon said she would shed…and then they googoogahgah over her.  Whatever, she seems like a brat. That is my opinion, I am sorry if you liked her. I am glad that they added Anoop, he did great and I love the whole surprise of having a 13th person…no matter how unlucky that number is…eek!!

Well I am headed to bed early, so I can get up, shower and head out.  I will set my next two days posts so they go while I am gone,  that way you don't feel all lonely and think I have forgotten ya!

Have a great Friday and a marvelous weekend, and I will see you when I get back! Thanks for stopping in!

Good riddance to TATIANA!~!!! She reminds me of the bratty little girl in the Willie Wonka movie!! Wouldn't you hate to be her family and have to put up with her this weekend??

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
