Close but no cigar! One of the things that I love is Ketchup Potato chips and I eat the crap out of them when I go home to Canada. In fact I have friends that go to Canada periodically and actually bring me back bags of chips. Why can't we get them in the states? About a year ago Walmart had some by now I can't remember the brand and they were so-so but they kinda hit the spot for a bit…now you can't find them. So today I was at the grocery store and found these:
Burger King Ketchup and Fries Flavored Potato Snacks.
So I thought, let's give it a shot. I was a good girl and I actually waited till I got home to try them…only cause I forgot about them and when I did I was driving and they were in the back seat.
So when I got home I opened the bag and sniffed…hmmm…smells good…then I tasted…not bad…not ketchup chips like I am used to but they did make me happy.
I ate a bunch and then I looked on the back of the bag to see how many servings were in there…cause do I count, me and the two dogs that were getting an odd nibble?
At least they had zero grams trans fat…that dreaded trans fat…whatever that is?
Look what it said? I was safe! Whew!!
Now I did not eat the whole bag myself, I will admit though I ate quite a bit sitting out of the back porch on a lawn chair in my t-shirt…it was nice today, but when Eric got home from work he helped me polish them off.
Jeff is feeling all poo-poo and ucky with a cold, sneezing, snorting, wearing lots of clothes, and nothin' is worse then a man when he is sick…poor thing.
Wanna see a sneak peek of one of the new Hanna Stamps! sets? Like how I quickly changed the subject? I am loving the new sets this month…there are 3 new Hannas and 2 new Rileys. Here is one of the Hanna's, I love her, she has some attiTUDE, and some spunk, look at those hips…now that's a woman…perhaps she had some of those ketchup chips too!
Stamp Set: In Voque, Things Hanna Would Say
Ink: Memento Tuxedo, Copics
Paper: Baja Breeze, Parisian Breeze Specialty DSP (OMG! Stampin' Up! has outdone themselves again on their DSP), Gina K Luxury white
Misc: Top Note Die, Word Window punch, white gel pen, spica marker
Hopefully you can see the new specialty paper better here, it is thicker and textured, and I want it all, but I have to behave, so I only got a bit of it.
I did some paper piecing, one of my fave things to do, other then coloring…and eating ketchup chips…oh and don't get me started on Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino's..those are not as easy to bring to Arizona! ha!
OK, you have to head over to Melanie's blog, she is one of my fellow Paper Craft Planet DT, you should see what she has done with the Valentine's Day Digital Card Kit that is available in the classroom at the Planet. I am working on my Just Buzzin' By stamp set class prep and other things and wanted to make sure you knew about it, even if I have not had time to play with it yet. How fun! Check out the rest of the girls too, just click on their names underneath the Paper Craft Planet icon on the left.
OK, another thing…is it me or when you pay a bill on line or look at a site that has a log on doo-hickey, I swear they keep moving the log-out button around. Today I was paying a bill and when I was done I was looking all over for the button, and it was way on the freakin' bottom underneath an ad or something, and I was just curious what the heck? Do they not want us to log out? Hmm…?
Have a super Tuesday and thanks for stopping in!
Hugs, Di
Oh Diana – "say it ain't so"!!! My son loves fries and ketchup. What a wicked thing to come up with. Not to mention your clever segway (sp?) into the Hanna Stamp set. Yes, it could be dangerous shopping for chips these days!
Love this new stamp set… your card is fabulous.
Such a fabulous card, Sweetums! I LOVE the hips…reminds me of my own! 🙂
Hi, I love the paper peicing that you have done on this card, it looks fab!!

Hi Diana
Just wanted to let you know I'm in Canada and LOVE my ketchup chips 🙂
I love your blog as you are such a talented woman and you use all the things "we just had to have" and forgot why. It's refreshing to see all your projects.
I love your blog because of you and your wacky sense of humor! I love how you tell us about your family and the love you have for them shows through. You are definitely someone I would love to meet! OH, your stamping is fabulous too! I want to make everything you show!
