It’s Not if You Win or Lose…

This 'n' That

2 Feb

..it's how you play the game..right?  I will admit I am not much of a sports fan.  I love it when kids play but when it gets to professional sports some of the players are not so nice and seem to get away with things..sometimes bad things…but I will admit I did watch the Cardinal and Steelers game and I screamed and cursed like a sailer.  It was a great game, and both teams should be proud of thierselves. My BFF Tracy and her tight tushed hubby who live in PA, made a little wager with Jeff and I, and well we lost…'nuff said..

I am now watching the special "Office" episode…what a wacky show, but so funny!

Today is the start of the February sneak peeks for Hanna Stamps!, check out the rest of the DT by clicking on their name in the colomn on the left.  I will show you one of my cards tomorrow, since I post at night for the next day, I don't want my card to go "live" too soon.

I want to show you another card I did for displays for Stampin' Up! leadership, oh and don't forget anyone placing an order on-line at a Demonstrators website (if you don't have a Demonstrator…you can use my website ) you will get a free Spring Summer Catalog. Also Sale-a-Bration has started too, so if you spend $50.00 before tax and shipping you will also get a free SAB item.  Please note in regards to the free catalogs: Stampin' Up! will be offering free idea books with the first 22,000 orders or until April 30, 2009, whichever comes first…thanks Jean for reminding me – I must have had the game on my brain!!!

OK, back to the cards:

Display 09 card 3 Stamp Set: Friends 24-7

I also wanted to show you one of the new sets from Our Craft Lounge, they debuted 29 new sets at CHA.  I will have lots more to show you later, but I have classes I am getting ready for and a little project I am doing for Stampin' Up! so hang tight ok?

DSCN6784 copy Stamp Set: This is a new one for Feb and I am not sure what it is called…hmmmm….as soon as I find out I will update my recipe, isn't it cute though? I am loving the hair on these kids!

Yeah, stinks that the Cards (football players) didn't win but hey they definitley gave the Steelers a run for their money!! Yeeeehaaah! I'm SO SO SO glad it wasn't a completely lopsided victory for the Steelers… going into it they were supposed to win huge. NOT!

    Cute cards (the paper things)Di
And thanks for the catalogs. They arrived today! Time to do some shopping!

Maybe the game but I'm betting it was the snacks (yup I saw your post about the ketchup chips – lol)! When I watch a big game I get more into the snacks and (gasp) my ironing than whatever else I'm doing. Don't ask me why but when I watch sports I get this incredible urge to do laundry, iron clothes and eat! Must be all the sweaty bodies and the mud and the……just gotta clean it up!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
