You Complete Me

This 'n' That

10 Nov

Remember that moment in "Jerry McGuire" when Tom (whatever has happened to you?) Cruise said that to Renee Zellwigger?  They were meant for each other, a perfect match.  I loved that movie, and I cried, my hubby won't admit it, but I am sure he cried too, maybe he won't read todays post and see that I told you that.

Socks Here's an old card, and well this is one thing I hate to do…laundry, and the worst part of laundry is sorting the clothes after you get them out of the drier and then putting them away. In fact the only part of laundry I like to do is the actual washing part, the rest someone else can do. The best part of doing laundry is checking the pockets and finding a dollar…finders keepers right?

OMG! That reminds me and if I told you this before, I apologlize, one day I was going through the laundry room and I noticed that something was written, in pen, on the lid of the washer, and I looked closer and it said Dad.  Well I said to Eric, why did you write on the washer (cause it was clearly Eric's hand writing) and he said "I didn't, it says Dad"  – well he had me there didn't he? The little bum. Anyway back to the laundry, I do love it when you get a load done and you get it sorted and each sock has a mate, I hate it when you have a couple extra, cause I usually just throw them back in the hamper and they get washed again until eventually they find their mate, or they get washed so many times, they just disappear altogether.

This is an old stamp set called "Laundry Notes" it was a fun set, and this is a card I did forever ago and I pretty much copied it from Sweet Miss Daisy on Splitcoaststampers.

I have one more round of classes tomorrow, and Fall Fest stuff to finish up, and then I will get you a new card posted ok?  Thanks for being patient, and I hope you are enjoying seeing some old cards.

Have a great Monday and thanks for stopping in!

Hugs, Di

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
