Tread Lightly and Carry a…

This 'n' That

5 Nov

…big stick?

Huh? Ok whatever…sometimes I just can't make the title make sense..but guess who got back on the treadmill today?

I love this video and I am not near as graceful on mine as these lads, I call them lads cause I am pretty sure they are british or something, while I tread on my mill I do watch a show on TV or DVD or have on CMT, so I could do this if I wanna.  I do feel like I am kinda like these guys cause I am daring like them…I do not, I repeat, I do not wear the little clip on hangie string thing so that if I were to fall while standing on the handle bars and doing a triple lutz jump onto the treadmill it would immediately turn off the machine and not throw me into the wall and kill me. Yep, call me Evil Knevil (just dont ask me to spell Knevil).

So no more getting up out of bed, and immediately coming to my studio and turning on my computer and sitting there in my pjs for 3 hours, now it is getting up and walking on the treadmill, showering and then coming out to my studio to sit at the computer for 3 hours.

So speaking of sitting, how about sitting and eating chocolates? Yeah I do that too, but hopefully if I continue to walk every day, I will 1.) work off the chocolates or 2.) realize I should not eat the chocolates.

Riley Couch Valentine Here's another new Hanna Stamps set. This one will also be available on Friday.

Now little Riley did not get the put down those chocolates memo…but I think these might be from his valentine, and I think someone told me (it was either Kathy Bethune or Debbie Sutton) two of my fellow Canadian buddies, that live in the US, and are SU! Demonstrators, that if someone gives you chocolate the calories don't count…so I am going to believe that. They always bring me back Canadian chocolate when they come back from Canada…OMG! Why can we not get Kit Kat Chunky in the states? And Smarties? Yummy, and they are not sweet tarts….they are like M&M's but better. Oh and the Aero bars, I do believe 3 zits just popped out on my face, just thinking off all that candy.  Oh and ketchup chips…oops…just drooled a little bit on my keyboard.

Stamp Set: Riley Couch ( I stamped him and then took my marker and drew the squiqqles around him and then cut him out, so dont look too close, the lines are not perfectly straight.

Paper: Basic Black, Real Red, Brocade Blue, Neenah White, Ski Slope Designer Series paper

Ink: Palette Hybrid Noir pad, Copic markers

Misc: Metallic eyelets, black hemp, word window punch, chit chat rub-ons, swiss dot cuttlebug folder

Have a great Wednesday, I'm a paper cuttin' fool for my repeat 10/10/20 Christmas class.

Thanks for stopping in!

Hugs, Di

What about "All Dressed" chips. They are the best. My cousin that lives in Houston never heard of them so I sent down a stash. They are now addicted to them.

Fantastic video! Beautiful cards! I love the new Riley. I love the idea that if you get chocolate as a gift than the calories don't count.

Di! OMG, my kids and I LOVE this video! They have another cute one too where they are dancing in the garden. Love the deadpan looks and the choreography in their Sixties Eras suits. BTW, I think they're Australian…

Good for you for getting back on the mill. I went to my first Yoga Class in 6 years today!

probably the best thing about having a studio OUTSIDE my home means I *need* to get dressed to get there befor I can sit in front of my computer for 3 hours!

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
