What Does That Say??

This 'n' That

5 Sep

So I called a couple weeks ago to make an eye appointment cause I don't think I am seeing as good as I used to…could it be all the coloring and cutting and masking and stamping and…and…and…who knows, but anyway, the day before my appointment they called and said that I was not eligible to get new glasses until January.  I was like …oh…well ok….but I realized today, as my headache is raging and I am nauseous, that I can not wait till January…sucks to get old! As my hubby who is over 4 years older then me, is just NOW getting into the second level of reader glasses – the ones you buy at Walgreen's…geesh!

So I am gonna get off the computer early tonight and go rest the old eyeballs…oh and before I forget I got a new email address:  digibbs@stampingwithdi.com  .It will take me a while to get everything all switched over, so the old one will still be active for a while.

But first…let me show you another 10/10/20 Christmas card.  Now anyone in Arizona wanting to take the class, this class will repeat  November 8, 9 & 10, and seats fill fast, so give me a holler.  Some of my classes I do long distance packages (or in the mail classes or whatever you want to call it), where I send them to you, (for an additional fee) but I don't do that with the 10/10/20 classes.

101020 Christmas 08 005 copy  Aren't these guys adorable?

Stamp Set: Holiday Lineup, All Holidays

Paper: Tempting Turquoise, Rainbow Sherbet Designer Series Paper, Green Galore, Watercolor Paper

Ink: Jetblack Stazon, Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore, Gable Green, Apricot Appeal, Basic Gray, Pink Passion, Only Orange, Close to Cocoa, Bashful Blue, Going Gray

Misc: Blender Pen, Black Gingham Ribbon

These guys don't seem near as shifty as the Fartin' Reindeer , but ya never know whats underneath all that snow!

Have a super Friday, and thanks for stopping in!

Hugs, Di

I also need new glasses and have to wait until November…so that's why I am also nauseous and getting headaches that I don't normally get too!
*Sigh* …sucks to get old! 🙁
    Love your cards!

Welcome to my world. I actually got prescription glasses last spring. Instead of bifocals I went with progressive lenses and it sure makes a difference once you get used to them. Hang in there and be sure to ask about them in January. Now for the card, it is just darling but I don't even want to think about the thaw. After the reindeer card, my imagination is running wild here. My thoughts are of certain odors that we would say got frozen into the car seats in the winter………… Hmmmm

Hi, my name is Diana Gibbs and I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 1999. I never imagined getting up and talking to people, I am deaf (I wear hearing aids) so talking to strangers has never been a fun thing for me. But put a rubber stamp in my hand and I will talk to anyone.

I hope you can find inspiration and learn new and exciting things while you are here. If there is ever anything you want me to teach you, just let me know!
