Boy that almost sounds like new Stampin' Up! Designer Paper doesn't it? Well it's not. It is a fun event that my girlfriend and upline Rhonda and I are putting on, on September 27. Today I went over to Rhonda's and we got the projects figured out, and they are suh-weet (is that how you say it Julia? – hee!hee!).
So that meant I was gone all day, and did not have time to stamp anything for my blog today, so darn it all, I am just gonna have to show you another Christmas card from my class. I know how sick you are of seeing them…so look away if want…(I'll play the Jeopardy music in the meantime – na!na!na! na!na!na!….)
This is such a quick and cute card.
Stamp set: None, it's a jumbo wheel, called Rain, ok just kidding, it's called Snow, which is basically frozen rain, right? So you can't make a card any faster than that.
Paper: Whisper White, Maine Blueberry Designer Series Paper, Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper, Bashful Blue, Kiwi Kiss Cardstock
Ink: Kiwi Kiss
Misc: Snowflake Big Shot Die, Silver Brad, Kiwi Kiss/Vanilla Satin ribbon.
The snowflake has a bit of sparkle on it, from a silver brad, it also is holding it on the card, that snowflake is thin so glue would show.
And the satin ribbon is Kiwi Kiss on one side and Vanilla on the other, it's like magic.
…ok, you can look again, it's gone.
Well I hope you liked the card, and as for the amazing news today, I am waiting till I get the green light so I can announce it….so keep checking back.
Ok drum roll please…..the amazing news is you can now order online. Any time of day or night, whether you are in your jammies at 3am, or at the office at 2pm. Just go to My Demonstrator Website and click on the Shop Now button. And since it is just you and your computer, jammies are not required…well unless you are shopping from work…then well use your best judgement call on that one.
Thanks for stopping in.
Hugs, Di
Di, you totally rock! I can't believe all the great techniques that you use! And I really can't believe that I'm gonna have to get all the stuff that you used in those techniques. I'm gonna have to give the kids Top Ramen for a couple of weeks (sigh) Will I ever learn? (I hope not!) LOL
Love this card and cannot wait to try it myself!
Very pretty, I love these colors!
