Yeah, well that won't happen anytime soon here, but it sure doesn't stop us from having fun making our Christmas cards.
I had class this morning, 11 ladies were here and they had fun!
From left to right clockwise: Debbie, Liz, Robin, Kristyn, Julie, Karen, Angie, Krista, Carri, Beverly and Maria.
I had no class tonight, so I actually got to spend some time with my family, that was nice for a change.
So I actually was bad, or is that good? I did not stamp at all today, I just enjoyed my Sunday afternoon, and I really need to do that more often.
Here is one of the Christmas cards from class though. Sorry the picture looks yellow, (cause this is such a cute card…) I can't figure out why it does that sometimes.
This is a card I got off of Splitcoaststampers by dlounds.
The new scallop punch makes scallop(ing) a breeze.
So I have started reading "The Host" , it was not as easy to get into as the "Twilight" series books, cause those I was hooked on by the first page. But I am quite a few chapters in now and I am really starting to like it. So if you have started it and are hesitating, keep reading, it will grow on ya.
Have a great Monday everyone, I have class in the morning.
Thanks for stopping in!
Hugs, Di
Cute Card!!!! and I LOVED The Host … like you I was slow getting into in the first few chapters … but by the end of the book I was reading with as much addiction as the Twilight books!! 🙂
It's a great book!!!
Wow !! It was like you were speaking to me; lol!! I just can't get into the Host. I am stuck on like Chapter 3 or 4??? I may have told you this but Lauren LUVED it & was bawling at the end! She said it is a wonderful Human Love Story. So, I guess I will continue on especially since you are……….Hey did you get my lil RAK??? I hope so; I put extra postage & all. TTYS!!!
I just finished reading The Host saturday night. Yes, it took a little more time to grab me but keep reading. It gets better. I just read all FOUR Twilight books last month. I had refused to read them but my oldest daughter sent a text while I was at convention telling me she had just read the first one and it really was good. My teenager had been trying to get me to try Twilight all year. Oh, love your blog!
