I am sure you have seen all the goodies we got on the Stampin’ Up! Bermuda cruise, but just in case you haven’t here they are…fun fun stuff, it makes going back to your cabin after dinner every night exciting…ok honey, I am excited about “that” too, but this stuff I can show people and not get arrested.
We got a nice snuggly blanket to wrap around us as we sailed past the Statue of Liberty. Jeff kept saying we were leaving 90 degree weather to go to upper 60’s and lower 70’s.
Then one night we got a very cute tote bag, and it matches our travel wallet. I did not really like the bag we got last year, but this one is a keeper.
One night we came back to this fun container, and it had Rub-Ons in it.
Of course I read later, I think from Patty Bennett, that she filled it with pink sand…well crap, I did not even think of that, so mine is just full of memories.
I think the most fun is always the night before make-n-takes cause we know we are going to be getting our supplies and new stamp set, and this year SU! outdid themselves with the little bag, it is so darned cute, and it is thermal so you could use it as a lunch pail if you wanted.
The stamp set is a fun new set with owls, and I love it, cause it is an open line set and I love, love, love to color.
One night it was a bag of snacks and some post cards, just in case we were not eating enough, or in case we ate so much we could not fit through the cabin door, we would have food rations, just until someone came to rescue us. Eventually the room steward shows up to fold your toilet paper into a little triangle, and he would get you assistance.
One night we got a bowl of fruit and in it was a note saying that we would receive the Stampin’ Up! cruise video for free! I love this as Brian Pitt is the camera man and he is everywhere, and it is fun to watch later and point out your friends, or even hopefully a little glimpse of yourself to prove you were actually there.
The last night we got a CD calendar to inspire us to earn Hawaii. I have my fingers crossed that I will earn it this month, and if I do it will be the earliest ever for me. I am usually earning it the last day at the last minute….no stress eh!
This year at the Spouses meeting the men got a very nice watch that hangs on your belt loop, or in our case MY Stampin’ Up! apron, it came with a neat box that you can keep your change in.
I still have not figured out what I will put in it. But it was very cool.
Well there ya go, you have seen all the goodies, it was fun to get something every night, we are so bad to expect it, but we do, and I must say the nights you come back and there is nothing but the little chocolate candy with a little notecard saying “The Captain wishes you a restful sleep”, I wanna get on the phone to Tennille and tell her to cough up the goods! (please tell me you know who these people are…or this makes no sense at all) It is a little disappointing when you don’t get anything….yeah call me a brat….I can take it.
Thanks for stopping in!
Hugs, Di
Welcome home. Thanks for sharing the goodies with us, It sounds like everyone had a great time. And sadly, yes, some of know Captain and Tennille 🙁
Cute stuff!! So where are the pictures of the other Secret Sister things? You mentioned on your last pics it was Day 1. I love the little jars and basket you both did. I'm with you I love that set. Glad you & Jeff had a great time! I hate to admit, but yes I know who the Captain & Tennille are.
WOW! sounds like an amazing time. I am a NEW demo and you inspired me to get going.
Hi Miss Brat. Ha, ha, ha bet you thought no one would take you up on that. I love your very honest greed. Makes me feel better about my own. – LoL! Having fun trolling people's archives tonight and just wanted to say hi. And yes sadly I'm old enough and uncool enough to remember the Captain and Tennille. But then I sorta like disco music too – shhh…don't tell anyone!
Hugs and blessings my friend – Jean
OMG! Jean, this was an OLD post, I had to go see what the heck it was about.
