Back by popular demand!! I am so excited that you loved these classes last year. Didn't it feel great to have your Christmas cards done early?
What stampers said about last year's Christmas Card of the Month Class in the Mail:
"I LOVE the first card we are making. Keep em coming! Looking forward to July's card." Julie T.
"I just got my first Christmas Card Class in the mail today! Thank you!! The card is gorgeous!! So now I want the July Class." Deanna A.
"Am loving the cards we're making." Susie O.
Here are the details for July's Christmas Card of the Month Class in the Mail.
What a great way to get your Christmas cards done stress free. Each month you will do 10 identical cards, but each month will be a different card. Class fee is due no later than July 15 or while supplies last.
The Christmas Card of the Month Class in the Mail is $26.80 per month and this will include one completed card for you to copy from (this way I will not be doing a video or a PDF like my other Class in the Mail classes) and supplies for 10 matching cards and envelopes mailed to you by priority mail. You will use your own inks and stamps at home (you can tweak the card with what you have at home), nothing will be stamped on your supplies. If anything is needed in regards to punches or the Big Shot those will be done ahead of time and in your packet.
Let me know you want to order the Christmas Card of the Month Class in the Mail and I will email you the paypal link.
If you want to use the stamp set we will be using this month on your card it is Peaceful Pines #139728 (photopolymer*) you can choose to have me send that to you with your supplies for an additional $30.00 or you can order it through my store along with anything else you may want to order. This set also has a matching framelit #139665 and just like the set you can order it on your own or have me send it with your class supplies for an extra $31.00.
This is our second month doing a challenge. During my team virtual meeting (we do it on FaceBook so no matter where anyone lives all can attend) I do a quick video make n take and then ask if they want the card guts (pieces to make the card) sent to them. If they wanted a chance to win a goodie (this was optional - they don't need to play to get the guts) they had to send back their tweaked card by the 28th using the supplies (they could add, alter, and use stamps they had from home, it just has to be current) and I would post them here for you to vote as well as class attendees. Fun eh?
Here is the original card that they got the "guts" for...nothing stamped just the pieces.
Please vote (only once please) on the following cards in the comments section below the post with the Card Number you like the best, I will close voting by July 7th, thanks so much!!
I love how they are all different, the first one I got and I thought oh I wonder why I got this card from can't say name and then I was like OMG it is the challenge card. Such a fun challenge with my team, a few even drove their cards over so they did not miss the deadline.
If you would love to join my amazing team of Demonstrators from all over the US now is a great time until June 30 you get two extra stamp sets in your starter kit, that could be over $100.00 more in value. I would love to chat more about it.
Have an awesome Wednesday and thanks for stopping in.
The other day I showed some pics from our Make n Takes n Lunch and this is one of the cards. I need to find out who inspired me, it was a swap from the cruise but no name is on it as SU! took them out of the cello to display since I missed the ship and the swap this was how I got cards (we could pick the display cards - I snagged this one quick) ...yay! SU! for figuring it out. I will come back and say who when/if I find out. It was Amy Combs!! Yay Amy, thanks!!!!
I love the dimensions and the colors.
By using the Fine Tip Glue Pen after you have colored any areas, it adds a dimension and shine. Think of it like Crystal Effects but runnier.
I did a quick video to show you how I did the card.
Cool eh? Now go out there and add some shine to your cards!
This weekend was my Make n Takes n Lunch with my Di's Country INKers team...well not all of them, but the girls that could attend. We usually go out to eat first and then head back for stamping. Our regular restaurant, Daily Bread Bistro has closed so we went back to doing a potluck like we used too, I must admit this was so much fun and I didn't realize how I had missed the potlucks, till we were eating the yummy food.
I wanted to share some pictures from our fun day and will share more pics throughout the week.
I rearranged the tables so it seemed like we were all at the same one, but still room to stamp...and eat...ha!
The Make n Takes waiting for the girls.
Here's the girls with their belly's full and stamping away. Left to right: Tari Lochhead, Anne Howe, Ruth Hayes, Carolyn Gurney, Elena Reylek and Mary Noble
Here are the fun swap cards from the day, the swap theme was using a brand new stamp set.
We always have so much fun when we get together, I would love to have you join my team, our next Make n Takes n Lunch is in August. If my girls (we have no guys yet...hint! hint!) live out of state and want to swap they can...they send their cards ahead of time and then I mail the swaps back to them, if they swap I also send them the make n takes. Neat eh? So no matter where you live you feel like you were here...well except for the food part.
I will share my swap and the make n takes another day.
Have an awesome Monday and thanks for stopping in.
The other day I posted a quick video on FaceBook Live of me altering this cute frog stamp into a lizard.
He's adorable as is but adding that tail just makes him cuter...what else can I add to this little guy? A lot of you said make him a dragon and even a cat...I might just need to get my sharpie out again.
This Tutorial is $3.95 and contains 7 pages of step by step instructions and color photos for Water Coloring With Ink Refills. The tutorial will be emailed to you as an Adobe PDF file following your purchase.
